In particular, the breathalysers manufactured by Dräger are known for their high quality and are exported all over the world - including the Dräger Alcotest 6000, which is one of the fastest devices of its kind. To maintain the best possible precision of your new device, you should have the breathalyser serviced and calibrated regularly - we are happy to offer you this service in full on request! High-quality technology for precise measurement results! The electrochemical sensor used in the Dräger Alcotest 6000 is characterised by short reaction times, highly precise measurement results and a long shelf life. Alcohol tests are possible with this device in the temperature range between -5 and +50 °C and even with very high alcohol content - whether in active (user blows into the mouthpiece) or in passive measurement (the alcohol content of the ambient air is measured). Due to its high quality, we were able to classify the Alcotest 6000 in accuracy class 1+, in which the pre-test devices used by the police can also be found! Intuitive operation and handy design The Dräger Alcotest 6000 can be used within a few seconds of being switched on, depending on the configuration, and the measurement result is displayed after just three to ten seconds, depending on the breath alcohol content. Navigation is self-explanatory, all measurement functions can be selected with just one button: the large, green button in the middle is used to perform a measurement, the two menu buttons can be used for advanced functions such as displaying the last 500 test results. The large and backlit display of the Dräger Alcotest 6000 allows reading even in poor light and visibility conditions. Light-emitting diodes and acoustic signal messages support you in operating the device, which, despite the precise and high-quality technology, has a handy format and fits in any jacket pocket. Practical mouthpieces for the easiest possible operation The popular Dräger Slide-'n'-Click mouthpiece allows hygienic operation of the Dräger Alcotest 6000 by several consecutive users and is easy and intuitive to put on even in the dark. The air outlet is not closable and thus prevents attempts at manipulation. The design of the mouthpieces includes a spacer so that the lips of the users cannot touch the housing of the breathalyser. In addition, the spacer can be used for easy removal of the used mouthpiece. Optionally, we also offer mouthpieces with a back-breathing barrier for this device. To ensure hygienic operation, you should always use a new mouthpiece for each application. ACE is not liable for damage caused by multiple use of the same mouthpiece!
