Service kit for the Solex and Pierburg 28 PICT 1 or 2 carburetor as used mainly on the Volkswagen. This service kit contains, amongst others, the following parts to service 1 carburettor: Various Top Cover Gaskets as per the photograph Various Base Gaskets Needle Valve 2 x Mixture Screw Mixture Screw Spring Pump diaphragm Choke Diaphragm Various Copper Washers Various Fiber Washers Fuel-resistant Rubber O-ring Aluminum Washer Split Pin Hair Pin Plug Please note that Solex PICT was also sold as Pierburg PICT and that both these carburettors use the same rebuild kit. Although these carburetors were originally delivered on the above cars, they are often transplanted onto other cars and engines so the range of vehicles that these service kits might fit is much broader. Alternatively, your car might no longer be equipped with the carburetor that it left the factory with.
