Reticulated open cell sponge provides more surface area than any existing types of internal filters for beneficial bacteria to colonize to break down harmful waste (ammonia and nitrite).

 

Air-lifting driven water circulation helps aerating the water

100% safe for even the smallest fish fry and shrimp baby.

Installation is easy –

  • You can install the sponge at either the side or the back of your tank, feel free to trim the sponge to the right size with a utility knife
  • You can run the outlet of air lifting tube either on the top of sponge, or through the sponge (need to drill a hole)
  • Connect the air-lifting tube with an air pump and tubing (air pump and air tubing are not included)

Maintenance is easy – rinse the sponge with aquarium water every 6 to 12 months, or when it is dirty and clogged.
