This is the AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G fuel system for the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This system is one of our easiest installations.

AirDog PureFlow II-5G 01-10 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax DF-165-5G Fuel Pump

This is the AirDog II-5G DF-220-5G fuel system for the 2004.5-2018 Dodge Ram Common Rail Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A 5/8 draw straw is used to pull fuel from the tank. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the original suction fitting in the modified fuel module.
