ATI® TOOLS 107A series flush straight drive rivets are manufactured from S2 high-grade shock-resistant steel and machined in accordance with MIL-STD GGG-R-425. Large radii at critical points enable these rivets to withstand continuous rugged use.They are slightly crowned with a highly polished face designed for rapid flush riveting where a smooth skin surface is essential and feature large radii at critical points to prevent breakage, protection with plastic coating to prevent damage during shipment and storage, blended radius between cup and chamfer with no sharp edges, which coin or mar skin, highly polished precision cup, free of machine marks and ridges and chamfered corners. Shank diameter 0.401". Different sizes are available serve specification requirements for face diameters and lengths.
