I designed a Cupholder for the centere console of a BMW E34/E32. I desined it to fit 0,33L sleek cans in the lower section and standard. With an (TPU) Adapter it also fits 250ml slim cans. The Upper section is for standard 0,33 Cans or 0,5L Cans and Bottels. It is a modular design so you can chouse if you want to use both parts (lower and upper parts) or just one of them. The upper part is designed very low. firstly because it looks nicer and secondly to avoid contact with the armrest (even in the lowest seat setting). To ensure that the drinks in the upper section even when spirited driving on winding roads I have designed inserts with clamping bodies. These hold the drinks securely. Due to their flexibility, they can tortzdem but still easy to remove from the holder and insert. The print is sanded once with 120p sandpaper. Treated with spray putty. Then sanded with 600p sandpaper and painted with textured acrylic paint in the last step.
