For a lot of modern vehicles come fitted with a single source factory radios which are CANBUS based. When you want to change these out for an after-market radio, you come up against the issue of them not having an ignition power supply in the factory audio harness for the new after-market radio to work with, as the new radio is dual source. Normally you would then buy an ISO adaptor, to which you would need to manually input your own ignition feed which requires knowledge, tools and labour to do. Well not anymore!
